Got a gift set

I bought one of their gift sets with a small candle and some decorative matches for my sister. It looked really cute when it got here. Shipping was alright, took maybe a week to get to her. She liked the scent though, said it was very subtle. The box itself was a bit plain, but the items inside were nice.

Nice products, slow support

I bought the Citrus Grove candle and an essential oil diffuser. The candle smells fresh and clean, and the diffuser works well. I had a question about the diffuser settings, so I emailed customer service. It took them almost three days to get back to me, which felt a bit slow. Their response was helpful, though. Packaging was good, and everything arrived safely. Prices are fair for the quality, I just hope support could be a little quicker next time.

Good quality, quick shipping

I ordered the Sandalwood & Vanilla soy candle and a small ceramic vase. The order process was smooth and easy to navigate. It shipped pretty fast, only took 4 days to reach me in Arizona. Everything was well-packaged, no breakage. The candle smells really nice, not too strong. The vase is simple but elegant, just what I wanted. I did wish there were more color options for the vases, but overall a solid experience.

Love my new throw blanket

Got the 'Chunky Knit' throw blanket and it's perfect! It's so soft and cozy, exactly what I wanted for my living room. The color was true to the picture online, too. It got here faster than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely going to check out their candles next time. Great quality products! My only small complaint is that it arrived with a slight factory smell, but that aired out quickly.

Great candle scent, good value

Got the Lavender & Cedarwood candle. The scent is calming and not overpowering. Shipping was pretty fast, arrived in about 5 days. Wish they offered more robust gift wrapping options, but the product itself was perfect. Happy with the purchase.

Solid experience with linen mist

I purchased the 'Lavender Fields' linen mist. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; I found what I wanted without any trouble. It shipped out the next day and arrived in San Diego in about four days, well-packaged in a sturdy box with eco-friendly filler. The mist itself has a lovely, subtle scent that isn't overpowering, which I appreciate. I did have a quick question about ingredient safety, and their customer service responded to my email within a few hours, which was helpful. My only small note is that the spray nozzle feels a little flimsy, but it still works perfectly.

Nice diffuser, minor shipping issue

Ordered an essential oil diffuser and it works well, looks good on my shelf. The website was easy to navigate. Shipping took about five days, which was fine, but the tracking updates weren't very detailed. Packaging was secure, though. Good value for what I paid.

Good candle, fast shipping

I bought a 'Pine Forest' soy wax candle. It arrived quickly, within three days. The scent was nice, though a bit lighter than I expected. Overall, a smooth purchase.
